We relied on Compas to move our belongings from Belgium to Portsmouth RI, USA and we have nothing but praise. Both the packers in Belgium and in US were very respectful, professional and considerate. Pieter Willems, our contact in Belgium was very responsive, helpful and understanding. The follow up in US was smooth and accurate. Our goods all arrived in the state we left them. We highly recommend this company and will work with them again in the future. Thanks to the whole team!!

Worst experience ever !!! Not only Compas Movers charged us over 11.000€ for full service, they refused to unpack our stuff once arriving to new home, there team in Spain was rude, brutal and unprofessional, they also stolen one expensive item and categorically refused the refund. There insurance form is incomplete and they declined all responsibility about our loss. They became very rude once claim was completed. Stay away from them !

Compas International Movers were nothing short of excellent! I needed to ship furniture and household items from my late cousin’s home in Belgium to the United States. From the start, communication was top notch, and they were very clear on the procedure and costs. Once hired, they had their team pack everything which was done very carefully with plenty of layers of cardboard for the furniture and packing paper for everything else to ensure nothing would get damaged. Included in the shipment there was a lot of glassware and plates, and they all arrived intact. Not one thing broken in the move.

Once in the states, the vendor Compas vetted and chose did a wonderful job with the delivery to my home. The reason this is important is because it showcases, they only align with like minded companies.

During the move, I was provided with updates from Jennifer as to where the shipment was all along the way.

There is no doubt, I would use them again with no hesitation.

Compas moved my effects from Brussels to Addis Ababa and both teams, in origin and destination, were extremely careful and professional. Just a couple of items were damaged and Compas was very responsive and made sure the appropriate reimbursement was fully settled in a short time. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Worst experience EVER!
Super expensive and bad services! One star is already too much!
They do a bad job and blame it on you afterwards!
They requested the wrong permit at the city hall (they didn't even checked the street prior to the move! This was confirmed by the movers themselves!), delaying the move by 10 days and making me stay in a hotel all this time (paid by my company and certainly not by Compas!!!) and they charge you the full price! Thieves! It would take pages to sum up everything that went wrong! I will spare you the details...
I've never seen such horrible services!
You are warned!

P.S. the charges included unpacking but they left me behind with full boxes!
