This company is pure .... !! They tell you they will deliver and you stay home for the delivery. What happens is that they never show at your house and just say 'receiver not available for delivery'. I AM HOME FOR THREE DAYS!!!!. You guys are wasting my time!.
Customer service is a joke as well. They can't help you with anything... Whats the point of having a customer service in the first place!? When the questions are to difficult to answer they just hang up. This company is a JOKE. Don't ever use them again and hopefully al lot more people won't. With a little bit of luck they bankrupt.

They don't attempt delivery just ship it straight to the access point and say you weren't there. Don't wait at home for their "updates"

It is the tenth time it happens.
UPS writes on the tracking info "Customer was not available when UPS attempted delivery. Will deliver to a nearby UPS Access Point™ for customer pick up."
This is absolutely wrong. I was on the spot the entire day. Our entrance is camera monitored. No UPS representative has showed up.
They just deliver to a crappy pick up point miles away from our home. This is not acceptable.

The worst experience, the drivers don't really arrive at the time mentioned in the site and then they just write that no one was at home! and set a new delivery date, even though I was at home waiting for the delivery. For 4 days they wrote on their site that the delivery will be on the next day, but again never a single driver came.

De Chauffeur was onder invloed van "drank of drugs"
Kon zelfs zijn pakjes niet lezen,,gaf me het verkeerde pak.....goed dat ik bij de pinken was...of mijn pakje van +700 euro kwijt...of ergens anders al af gegeven...
Klacht neer gelegd bij UPS,,,schijnbaar chauffeur niet meer in dienst...
Koerier is en blijft een verantwoordelijke job,,,

Please be aware, UPS SCS is responsible for large container shipments. They work with compagnies. If you need to mail a package or have complaints about any services at your home, you need to contact UPS SP (small pack).
