It would be nice to have the product in store when we buy!, it happened to me 2 times where I had to wait for a week for the product(s). But I like the store and will keep shopping there!! The salesman was very kind and great to talk to. So a little improvement goes a long way!!, prices are very good there too!!, SHOP CANADIAN!!

I would like to give a 5-star review. But Visions lost a star for their packaging.
The order process was easy. The price was phenomenal. Visions’ regular price was way less than what a long-standing Canadian retailer listed.
The item was shipped quickly. Unfortunately it was during the holiday season and a Canada Post strike. The courier took longer than expected and their shipping updates were inadequate. This is not the fault of Visions.
My only “complaint” is the appliance was not packaged inside another box. The packaging had been opened. Fortunately nothing appears to be missing. Also luckily, even though this was a gift, the recipient was not the one to receive the package when it as delivered. It was pretty obvious that someone was receiving a Cuisinart Bread Maker. Plus it seems it would be better protected inside another box.

I had a fantastic experience here and will definitely be coming back. I originally planned to shop online, but after visiting this store, I’m rethinking that approach. The in-store deals were surprisingly competitive, and the level of service made all the difference.

A big shoutout to Jeremy, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to walk me through my options, answer all my questions, and make sure I got the best possible deal. Thanks to his help, I ended up cancelling my online order for a soundbar and made the purchase from them at a great price.

Being able to test the products before buying and get expert advice really reinforced the value of shopping in-store. If you’re looking for great AV gear at great prices with top-tier service, I highly recommend checking out Visions in Kitchener.

Went into visions to ask about something I was interested in, I was making my rounds in all the stores. The service I got from shops like Best Buy and Walmart was absolutely horrendous. RHEN from visions was excellent in customer service. I found myself coming back to buy specifically from him. He was very friendly, helpful and gave me a great deal and was of great help. As usual great experience dealing with Visions Electronics kitchener, transaction was done by the store manager JEREMIE - cool guy to deal with, way better price while comparing with other big box stores in and around the city, delivery was done as promised.
I bought a Samsung refrigerator and a stackable washer and dryer, both items arrived in good shape, carefully handled without causing damage to property and product. 100% I will recommend this location and will come back again.

Tom at this Kitchener location was great! Helped us understand and see the differences between a few of the TV models we were stuck on. We were able to compare them all in store plus we got a great deal. Much better service and expertise then the main big box alternate.
